Contact EzeAD Business Support →Registration, verification, login and account security
Learn how to create an account, confirm ownership of your email address, protect your password and give employees appropriate access without sharing credentials.
Why must I verify my email address?
Email verification confirms that you control the address connected to your EzeAD Business account. The verified address may be used for security notices, account recovery, billing communication and important business notifications.
Verification also reduces the risk of another person registering your address without permission.
Open the verification message and follow the confirmation link. If it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address was entered correctly.
I did not receive the verification email. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes, then check the inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders associated with the registration address.
You should also confirm that your mailbox is active and not over its storage limit. If the address contains a typing error, update it before requesting another verification message.
Avoid requesting many messages in a short period because email providers may temporarily delay similar notifications.
Can employees share the business owner account?
Employees should not share the owner account or reuse the same login credentials.
Invite each employee separately and assign the role that matches their responsibilities. Individual access makes it easier to remove former team members, control sensitive permissions and understand who performed each action.
The business owner account should remain limited to trusted administrators responsible for billing, security and workspace ownership.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the password recovery option on the sign-in page and enter the email address associated with your account.
Follow the secure reset instructions sent to that address. Choose a new password that is unique to EzeAD Business and not used on other websites or services.
If you no longer have access to the registered email address, open a private support ticket so account ownership can be reviewed.
How can I keep my account secure?
Use a strong and unique password, protect the email account linked to your workspace and never send passwords through email, chat or support tickets.
Review team access regularly and remove users who no longer require access. Business owners should also monitor unusual account, billing or publishing activity.
Can I change the email address connected to my account?
Where account settings allow it, update the email address and complete verification for the new address.
Some ownership or billing changes may require an additional security review. Open a support ticket if the setting is not available or you no longer control the original address.
Manage stock information and prepare professional public listings
Understand the difference between private inventory records and customer-facing listings, how images are handled and how AI assistance supports the listing workflow.
What is the difference between inventory and a listing?
Inventory is the internal business record used to organize an item, product or available unit. It can contain operational details such as stock status, internal references, cost information, location and specifications.
A listing is the customer-facing advertisement created from that information. It normally includes a public title, description, images, price, category, condition, location, searchable keywords and inquiry options.
Keeping inventory and listings separate allows your team to store private operational information without exposing it publicly.
Do I need inventory before creating a listing?
A listing may be created from an existing inventory item or through another available listing workflow, depending on the tools enabled for your workspace.
Creating inventory first is recommended when the business needs to track stock, media, locations and status over time.
Can AI publish a listing without my review?
No. AI assistance prepares suggested content from the facts you provide. It may help produce a title, description, keywords and search-oriented content, but the business remains responsible for reviewing accuracy before saving or publishing.
Verify prices, measurements, condition, specifications, location, warranty information and all claims before making the listing public.
What information should I provide to the AI Listing Assistant?
Provide clear factual information such as the item type, brand, model, year, condition, important features, location, price, mileage or usage, color and any relevant availability details.
Better source information usually produces stronger suggestions. Do not provide unsupported claims or ask AI to invent specifications that you cannot verify.
What images should I upload?
Use clear, current images that accurately represent the item being offered. Include the main exterior or product view first, followed by useful additional angles and important details.
Avoid misleading edits, unrelated stock photos, screenshots with private information or images containing content you do not have permission to use.
Why is my listing not visible on the storefront?
Confirm that the listing has been saved, approved where moderation applies, marked active and associated with the correct business or location.
Listings may also remain hidden when required fields are incomplete, the item is unavailable, the publication period has ended or the workspace has reached a plan limit.
Can I edit a listing after it is published?
Published listings can generally be updated through the listing management area. Review the public result after changing the title, description, price, images, location or availability.
Significant edits may require another moderation or review step where platform controls apply.
What happens when an item is sold or unavailable?
Update the inventory and listing status promptly. Marking an item unavailable or removing it from active publication helps prevent customers from submitting inquiries about stock that can no longer be purchased.
Manage inquiries, leads, ownership and next actions
Learn how customer inquiries enter your workspace, how the pipeline keeps opportunities organized and how team members can coordinate follow-up.
Where do storefront and listing inquiries go?
Storefront and listing inquiry forms create customer records inside the business Inbox.
The record may include the customer’s contact information, message, source page, related listing and other available context. This helps the team understand what generated the inquiry before responding.
What is the customer pipeline?
The pipeline is a structured way to track the current stage of a customer opportunity.
A lead may move from new inquiry to contacted, qualified, follow-up, completed, closed or another configured stage. Updating stages keeps the team informed and reduces missed opportunities.
Can inquiries be assigned to employees?
Where team assignment is available, an inquiry can be assigned to the employee responsible for the next action.
Assignment creates clearer ownership and helps prevent two team members from responding independently to the same customer.
How should we use internal notes?
Internal notes should record useful context such as customer preferences, completed calls, promised information, negotiation status and the next expected action.
Do not place card numbers, passwords, government identification or unnecessary sensitive information in internal notes.
How can I avoid missing follow-ups?
Assign the lead, update its stage, record the latest interaction and set the next follow-up activity where that feature is available.
Review open and overdue opportunities regularly instead of relying only on personal email or memory.
Can I delete a customer inquiry?
Available actions depend on workspace permissions and retention controls. Before deleting a record, consider whether it is required for customer service, dispute handling, reporting or legal obligations.
Closing or archiving an inactive opportunity may be more suitable than permanent deletion.
Manage your public business presence and internal workspace
Configure your storefront, represent branches accurately and give each employee access that matches their role.
What is an EzeAD Business storefront?
A storefront is the public business page where customers can learn about your company, view active listings, identify relevant locations and submit inquiries.
It can bring together your logo, banner, description, contact details, social links, business locations and published inventory in one customer-facing destination.
Can one business show several locations?
Yes. Add each branch or operating location with the appropriate address, contact details, opening hours and other available information.
Inventory, listings and customer activity should be associated with the correct location so both customers and employees understand where the item or service is available.
How do I choose my public storefront address?
Use a clear and memorable public identifier that closely matches your business or brand name.
Avoid unnecessary punctuation, misleading terms or names that may infringe another company’s rights. Once a public address is widely shared or indexed, changing it may affect existing links.
What should I include in the business profile?
Add an accurate business name, professional logo, cover image, concise introduction, contact information, locations, opening details and relevant social links.
The profile should explain what the business offers, where it operates and how customers can make contact.
How do I invite a team member?
Open the team management area, enter the employee’s business email address and select the appropriate role or permissions.
The employee should accept the invitation using their own account. Never create shared team credentials.
Which permissions should employees receive?
Give each employee only the access needed to perform their job. Staff responsible for listings may not need billing access, while customer service employees may only require Inbox and follow-up tools.
Reserve owner and administrator privileges for trusted people who are responsible for security, billing and major business settings.
What happens when an employee leaves the business?
Remove or disable their workspace access promptly, reassign open leads and review any responsibilities connected to their account.
Do not rely on changing a shared password because employees should have individual access from the beginning.
Can I control what appears publicly?
Public storefront information comes from the business profile, locations and active listings you choose to publish.
Review customer-facing details carefully and avoid publishing private internal notes, personal employee information or sensitive operational data.
Understand subscriptions, usage limits, renewals and payments
Review where to find plan usage, how subscriptions renew and what to do when a payment or billing issue requires assistance.
Where can I see my current plan and usage?
Open the Subscription & Billing area to review the active plan, billing cycle and available usage information for supported resources.
Depending on the plan, usage may include listings, inventory, storage, team members, locations, AI activity or other workspace limits.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
The affected feature may stop accepting additional resources until usage is reduced, the billing cycle resets or the workspace moves to a plan with greater capacity.
Existing public content may remain available depending on the applicable plan terms and the type of limit reached.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Eligible paid subscriptions may renew automatically using the payment method connected during checkout.
Review the displayed price, billing cycle, renewal date and cancellation terms before confirming payment.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage the subscription through the available billing portal or account billing area.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges while access continues according to the current paid subscription terms. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for previous payments.
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the checkout terms, service usage, billing circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Open a private support ticket promptly and include the invoice, account email address and reason for the request. Never provide complete card details in a ticket.
Review the official Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.
What should I do if I was charged incorrectly?
Confirm the invoice, billing cycle, subscription status and recent workspace changes first.
If the charge still appears incorrect, contact support with the invoice number, payment date, amount and a clear explanation of the issue. Do not include your full card number or security code.
Why did my payment fail?
Payments may fail because of insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, bank security controls, an expired payment method or restrictions imposed by the payment provider.
Confirm the payment information and contact your bank if the transaction continues to be declined.
Can I change plans later?
Where plan changes are available, you can upgrade or modify the subscription through the billing area.
Review any immediate charges, prorated amounts, new limits and renewal timing before confirming the change.
Contact support for account-specific assistance.
Use the Support Center when your question involves private account information, billing records, an inaccessible workspace, an incorrect charge or an issue that cannot be resolved using the guidance above.
Include a clear description, the affected page or feature, the time the problem occurred and any relevant invoice or reference number. Screenshots can help, but remove passwords, card numbers and other sensitive information before uploading them.
Open a private support ticket →Cannot access your workspace?
Use password recovery first. If you no longer control the registered email address or believe the account is compromised, open a private ticket for ownership and security review.
